Why can't my family member verify my address

When we type my address that's currently set-up in my account, it does not verify and I can't confirm my family member as part of the user in my family plan. Please help

Superuser Contribution Spotify says I'm in a different country and I am unable to join family plan

My family lives together in the US, but for some reason Spotify is saying that I'm in a different country and will not let me join the family plan. I was previously on the family plan, but got kicked out and am not able to rejoin.
