I can’t join my family plan

My Question or Issue

Me and my family created a family plan but I can’t join it. When I enter the address it says “ seems you’re trying to join a plan in another country, you need to live in the same place of the administrator” but we actually live under the same roof. I followed all the instructions written in the assistance area and in the community  many times but any of them is working. So what can I do? Please help me 🙂

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I'd recommend making sure that your and the plan owners country setting is set to Mexico.

 

You can check this setting at https://spotify.com/account.
