I can’t join our family subscription

I can’t join our family subscription and when I try it tells me that I can’t change twice in 12th months even though I haven’t changed my subscription for over 18 months plus does anyone know how I can get help with this problem?

Quiero volver a aceptar la invitación del plan familiar. Tenemos el mismo hace 2años no estuve en otro. Mí hermano tuvo un problema con la tarjeta y lo arreglo todo se pudieron unir. Pero a mí me dice que no puedo unir a un plan en 12 meses pero es el mismo plan que tenia

My Question or Issue

I recently cancelled my family plan and rejoined with me as the manager (somehow my son was previously).  I am trying to rejoin one of my family members but it is saying they can only join another persons plan once a year.  The other members joined fine.  Is there a way I can fix this or find out when the 12 months is up?

Lo que pasa es los meses anteriores estaba en un plan familiar pero no pude seguir en ese, mi prima me está enviando el enlace para unirme a un nuevo plan familiar pero no me deja, me dice que debo esperar a que pasen 12 meses, necesito que ayuden urgente, ya pagamos y no me deja ingresar

Family plan, I was in a family plan and the owner forgot to switch cards over when he got a new one. The plan ended because of failure of payment. He started it back the same day and sent me a link i can’t join because it says i have to wait 12 months?? It’s the same person as last time i dont understand the issue.
