I can't subscribe to premium 3 WEEKS!!!! help

I can't subscribe to premium 3 WEEKS!!!! help

Last 3 weeks I trying to get premium for family, and every time I see error message - something went wrong. I even try other type of subscription, and I got same error message, help me please!

Thank you. I saw it, by seems like issue described in you topic from March 1,. Issue what I described happends for me last 3 weeks.

Can you try with a incognito/private window?

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try from another browser?

Another useful step is to try from another device.

I just tried from incognito, when I approved request from my bank application, than I was redirected to spotify and I seeing this (see attached screenshot) @Jeremy

I see 2 similar forms to input my credit card information, which is strange.

Thanks for the reply and the screenshot.

 

On the screenshot we can see the error message that states you've already used this payment method to start a Spotify trial before. This can be stopping you from activating Premium.

 

Can you try to subscribe through this link?
