Just to confirm, are you the owner of the Premium Family plan? If so, could you let us know if you're the one getting the error when you try to update the address on your Account page or if it's the other user you're trying to add as a member?
If it's the owner, they can try updating the address again from a different device and using an incognito window. It's also worth giving a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference.
If it's the member, they can ask the owner to double-check the address they registered on their account and make sure to enter the exact same one.

Taking into account that only the plan manager can change the plan info or invite other users, the cases where the button is missing are commonly related to the account that is trying to add other members. To check if that could be the case and your account is not the plan manager, try to update the plan's address by following the steps mentioned here. If you don't have the option to update it, the plan manager should be another user of the plan.
In that case, we'd recommend checking with other plan members to see who has the option to add more users so you can find the manager, but the process to add other users or change plan's info should be done by that user. Keep also in mind that it is currently not possible to change the plan’s manager without canceling the current plan.

I have spotify family. My adress is registered in Monaco (I've got no idea why) and I just cannot change it. I cannot scroll down in the country field nor change the value in it.
When my family members want to join, they receive a message saying that apparently they are not in the same country (of course, it should all be "France"). But I don't know how I am supposed to change that. I am paying with Paypal, does that explain why "Monaco" was put in my country field?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.
It's possible that your PayPal account might be registered in Monaco by mistake or you were using a VPN at the moment you were subscribing to Premium. In order to change the country registered on your account, you need to update the payment details using a method issued in the same country you're currently located as mentioned here.
If you still have issues updating the country of your plan, we'd recommend cancelling the current subscription, waiting until your account reverts back to free and changing the country with the steps mentioned under the section "Don’t have Premium?" here. Once you update your country, you can resubscribe using a valid payment method from your current country and invite the other members.
