Hi there @1234542,
Thanks for reaching out and hope you don't mind me replying in English!
Could you check if Spotify is allowed to access your network in your phone's settings? Try switching to a different network or using cellular data instead to see if you'd be able to download content then.
In case the download button is missing entirely for music, it's possible that you're logged in to another account. I recommend checking out this article for more info on how to locate your main one.
Hope this helps.
Hey
Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?
In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:
Username/ID: xxxxxxx
Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
Hope it helps. 🙂

Hi there.
I have a Duo Premium subscription (I am the owner if that changes anything).
I have confirmed, by opening the subscription page that my subscription is active.
I also see, as part of the subscription advantages, "download songs offline".
However, from both the Desktop app AND the Android App, I CANNOT see the Download button.
My Android settings had offline-access disabled, so I enabled it, killed the app a few times, and still don't see the button.
There is also no option on the Desktop app to enable offline-access, so I assume it is enabled by default.
Please advise what can be done here. I am literally paying for a feature that need but doesn't work.
