I couldnt verify the family address and my account is blocked

The mail with request of spotify to verify the home adress was on spam and now a family member is blocked for 12 months. How can I reactivate the account?

Hey folks!

Thanks for posting on the forum 🙂

In the cases of a missed re-verification email you can contact us through our private channel to see if we can help you out with rejoining the same Family plan once more. 

Tip: Keep in mind that these re-verification emails get sent to the plan owner and the plan member.


In case you need to update an account's existing email address, you can do so from 
here.

For anyone trying to switch their Family plan, note that, as a member account, you can change a Family plan only once every 12 months. You could alternatively start your own Family plan and invite the other plan members, provided it's their first plan switch within 12 months.

I had a email asking me to verify my address by the 17th March or lose all access to Premium benefits.  The email doesn’t have my name on it and I’m reluctant to click on the link.  If it is genuine then there are better ways for Spotify to have done this!

Hi there. Being asked to confirm my address and when I type it in, each time I go to confirm it says there was a problem. Any ideas what it might be? Only got today to do it now…

Spotify **bleep**. We verified our address over and over and it never accepted it. 

Your link does not have a place to change your address. wth

 

this is so frustrating. We’ve had a subscription for 10 years and Spotify threw it away.
