My Question or Issue

 I was a Premium member and my subscription renewed monthly on the 1st. All of a sudden, I get a notification yesterday that says I've signed up for Premium Family (I didn't), and that I will be charged the Family rate on the 25th. I cancel Family right away and go back to Premium, and it says my Premium will now charge on the 25th this month. I've already paid for this month on the 1st. Spotify, what's going on???

It seems like someone used your payment method to purchase a Premium subscription. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.
