I got kicked from my family premium plan for no apparent reason

I got kicked from my family premium plan for no apparent reason

For years and years, probably since 2016 I've been in my family´s premium plan (we are 3 people). Today all of a sudded I opened the app and it says I no longer have that plan. I went to the desktop website and it said something about my payment, when my mom is the one that pays for my plan. These two other family members still have their membership (and it's payed for) but only I got kicked. My mom tried sending me an invite to the family plan via Whatsapp, but it didnt work, it said the "page was not found". How can I fix this? We all have the same address and everything, nothing changed.

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
