not able to accesss family manage page

I was on premium mini which is available for 1 day and I did the payment for premium family of 6 people but now I am not able to access my premium family page and it says that premium mini has been extended till 6 months, I don't know what is happening, I need either my money back or premium family

Sorry to hear about this. Can you let me know if you're able to access your Family plan dashboard here? You can try that link using a different browser or private window. If you aren't or get an error message, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
