I have a premium family, everyone is under their own account and pauses

I have a premium family, everyone is under their own account and pauses

I have the premium family plan and whenever there are two devices trying to play at the same time, it pauses and switches the music to the same songs one account is listening to and pauses one of the devices. Eveeryone had their own account and their own separate logins they are all on so I am not sure as to why this is doing this?

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please launch the Spotify app on both devices, then head into the app's Settings > Account. Does it show the same username and email address there or is it different? 🙂

I am having the same issue. Seeing that this was posted just 7 days ago, is this a bug? Has anyone found a quick resolve?
