I’m premium family member but travelling aboard currently

Hi I’m travelling aboard at the moment. But not sure why I can log in my account all of sudden

Hey there,

 

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your app. Thanks for reaching out!
There might be a few things going on here I can think of. If you're on the free tier you can only travel abroad for 14 days without having to change your country settings. These can be changed from here

If you're on Premium and/ or you're a member of a Family/ Duo plan, try looking for any recent emails from Spotify. Check your spam folder as well.
If all plan members are affected, It's also a good idea for the plan manager to do the same! 🙂

I am having a similar issue.
Son can no longer log in from his own device at all (Portable android player). Message is about account/password combination not being correct.
But when I log him in on a PC via the Web it logs in to a free account instead of premium family member.
I did try clearing the app cache on his android device.
has there been some change in the last month or so that would be causing this?

As the family manager, I don't seem to be able to confirm the email addresses of each family member - is there a way to see this so I can confirm he is using the correct email address?

What is the suggested way to fix this?
