I sent an invite to my wife, and she keeps getting rejected

I'm already paying for Premium For Family, so I sent my wife an invite. It worked the first time for like a few days, but then she was kicked out because you "Couldn't verify that we lived together", even though we do, in fact, live together. They sent me an email saying that they asked her for confirmation, but we have not received any confirmation request in her email address. What do I need to do to confirm that my wife lives with me in the same house?

If their technology sucks at understanding that two people live together, than they should not try to automatically guess.

Too bad that they do not have a proper help center either.

Now that youtube is also into music, they will lose customers for sure.

I just reached out to a person through Chat Support and she helped me out with confirming my wifes address. Apparently she put wrong address or something:
