Invalid Code for family

Invalid Code for family

I use regularly family with my wife.

My account has misteriously been downgraded to free, but my wife still have family

She tried to send me the invitation 3/4 Times, but every time error (type 3) appears 

 

who can i contact?

Oh no, this issue has been going on for some time now. What you can do is to get in touch with the Spotify team from any of their social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
