What kind of payment did you use for this? And how did you notice the discrepancy? You should always receive the full amount of Premium time stated in the order, but a possible explanation for this is if you had previous payments that were unsuccessful. In that case, the new payment will cover the previous, unpaid period first, which can make it look as if the Premium time was shortened. We recommend you check your receipts page to see all the payments you've had and what period they cover.
