If you see that your wife's account is a part of your plan, we'd recommend that she logs out and back in to sync up the changes.
In case that doesn't solve it, it's possible that she has accepted the invitation from a different account. She can try the steps here to locate it.
Another option is to remove her account from the plan and add it again but making sure that she accepts the invitation from her account with the gmail email address.
