Keep getting error message when trying to confirm address to join Family Premium

My Question or Issue

Hello all. My cousin visits and lives with my family for a few months every year. He was on a Duo plan but canceled it to join our Family Plan to save a few bucks while here. When he tries to confirm our address, he continuously gets an error message. His original premium plan doesn’t expire till 6/27. Does he have to wait till then to join our family plan? All of us reside in the US.

Yeah, he'll needs to wait until his current subscription has ended 🙂 Once he's back on Spotify Free, he'll be able to accept the invite.
