Kicked out of family plan

Hello. I have been using my wife's family plan on Spotify for a while now. All of a sudden I got an e-mail asking to confirm that I was part of that plan. I am curremtly trying to enter my home address information, which is the same as my wife's and it is not working. I keep getting the message that I am not able to join this family group. This is extremely inconvenient. How do I proceed?

I noticed that the lines where you input your address is set up kinda weird. I had to enter the street name on the first line and the house number on the second line. Maybe try that or ask your wife how she entered the address.

Thank you for your help and for the information. We did try to access on her account the part where the complete address appears but we were not able to find it. Would you know where that is?

We’re having the same problem. My family members got kicked out and i can’t find the address part. They have also tried entering the address and they still can’t get in.

where would we find the initial address that i entered?

It seems odd to me that this information is so complicated to figure out. We know our way around computers and applications, but Spotify seems a bit weird.

Funny they keep telling me: Congratulations! You have a new rank in the Spotify community! But so far I am musicless.
