Logging in

Does anyone know how I can find out what the username details is of my daughter on our family premium plan?  I have logged in and can see that she is on our account but I dont know her username and she cant log in.

Any ideas?

Is you daughter's account connected to Facebook or mail based ?

Is she able to connect to any of her devices like iOS/Android, Desktop or web ?

Unfortunately she does not have a FB account, not sure if I created her an email address, she is only 8.  Is there anything I can do?  She is shown on our family account but I cannot see her username.
