Manage Members not working (Family plan)

Manage Members not working (Family plan)

Hello everyone,

I'd like to add someone to my family plan but when I open the "Manage Members" section the option to add someone does not show up. Could anyone give me a hand please? Thank you!

Hey @pedrodaher22,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're not seeing the option to add a new member to the Premium Family plan, it either means you've ran out of free slots (you can invite up to 5 users) or your account (or the account you're currently logged into) is not the one managing and paying for the plan. 

 

We'd suggest double-checking your login credentials, the email address registered in your account and your subscription status. The manager's account should show when the next payment is due in the last page that we've linked.
