I can’t join our family subscription and when I try it tells me that I can’t change twice in 12th months even though I haven’t changed my subscription for over 18 months plus does anyone know how I can get help with this problem?

I have Duo, which my partner manages, but I keep hearing ads.

I hear the ads listening to music. We have checked our accounts and it says Premium Duo, so it should be without advertising. We use Spotify with wifi and also through the phone provider.

Solved!! My Brother timed out for address validation on Family Plan

Hi, my brother doesn't read his emails and didn't enter our address when asked. He has been kicked off our plan, is there any way to get him back into our plan? The FAQ says he has to wait a year to get back on the plan? Please help, many thanks
