Rejoin family plan

Rejoin family plan

Our. Family plan was cancelled automatically and all of us lost access to premium, so if we resubscribe to a family plan with the same manager, can the previous members join back or is it gonna be the 12 month delay?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

As long as you use the same account when subscribing to Premium Family, you shouldn’t run into any issues.

 

However, if you do encounter a problem, like members not being able to join, it’s worth noting that plan members can only switch plans once every 12 months.

 

If for any reason someone can’t join the Premium Family plan, they can always explore other available options at https://spotify.com/premium to find a plan that works for them.

We had to switch the person who pays for my family Spotify plan and I can’t join back again until 12 months. Is there a way I can fix this without having to go to another premium plan?

Hey @Yurysalinas,

 

If you've already switched Family/Duo plans within the last 12 months, you won't be able to join another one until the restriction runs out, I'm afraid, but you can start your own plan by visiting the link above.

My Question or Issue

So I’ve recently joined a family member Spotify premium but that person doesn’t want to pay anymore, so if he cancels it, I won’t be able to join a new family premium group before the 12 months have passed ?
