I have had a premium family plan for a while and because of a fraud issue my bank issued me a new card to my account. When I go into Spotify to change my card I click on the green update button but it’s like it’s totally starting over a new account. All of my kids have accounts so is that going to clear out all of the things that they have saved? I don’t understand why it’s starting like a whole new account and won’t let me just update my credit card information. Please help!
