My Question or Issue

Ninguno de mis familiares se puede unir a mi plan que acabo de renovar, los que intentan son los mismos familiares que estaban anteriormente

Hey,

 

Thanks for reaching out. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Family/Duo members can switch plans only once every 12 months and joining a subscription that was started in the same account in which the previous one was running shouldn't be counted in that limit. However, what does count is if you, as the plan owner, have joined another Family/Duo plan in between the two subscriptions. If that's the case, then this is the reason why your Family members are not able to join.

 

If not, then please let us know so we can investigate further.

Gracias por responder. Efectivamente sigue siendo la cuenta anterior a la que estábamos desde hace tiempo, yo soy la titular del plan. Hay una manera de resolverlo?

Thank you for getting back to us. 
 

If you've joined another Family/Duo plan after your own being cancelled, any family/duo subscription you start after this counts as a new one. If that's the case for you and if your family members have switched Family/Duo plans in the last 12 months - they won't be able to join your new plan and will have to either wait for this limit to expire or choose one of our other Premium offers.
