Mum paid for duo, but my account is still free?

Mum paid for duo, but my account is still free?

Hiya- my mum h

Just payed for premium duo a few hours ago- we've had an out respective accounts connected to due for over a year now, so from my understanding it was just a normal payment- but my account isn't on premium? 

 

I've tried logging in and out, I've checked my emails and all- nothing. I don't understand what happened- she's payed for the duo but only her account has premium?

If she has upgraded to Premium Duo (again), she'll need to send you a new invite: https://support.spotify.com/article/invite-remove-duo-member/.
