Music won't download

My Question or Issue

I have always had Spotify Premium, however my downloaded music has suddenly become unavailable, and when I try to download it I get a pop up telling me I'm trying to access a premium feature. My account settings show me as being premium (as part of premium for family). I have logged out and back in and the music still wont download. I'm unsure what to do next. Can anybody help please?
