My Premium family plan got downgraded to a regular plan!

My Premium family plan got downgraded to a regular plan!

Hello,

 

I have recently started a premium plan with some relatives, but it seems like it got downgraded to a regular plan out of nothing. I wasn't notified of this at all. I just received an email today saying that there was a failure in the payment, so I went ahead and updated my credit card, but when I actually paid, the amount was the regular plan amount of 6.99€ instead of the 10.99€ of the family plan, and also my family is gone, what happened?

Don't worry, you can change your subscription again here. Keep in mind that your Premium for Family plan will be active immediately with the payment you did for the regular subscription.

 

However, your payment date will be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription. Remember that you can check the date of your next payment here.
