My Question or Issue

 My account was part of the family plan. And suddenly it’s like my account has been hacked. Like when I play spotify it suddenly stopped and turns out it played on other device which I don’t recognize. And now suddenly my account is no longer in family plan. It changed into free plan. I don’t understand this. Where my money goes? Please help.
