My daughter is not allowed to join my "family"?

My daughter is not allowed to join my "family"?

None of the below information is required. However, the more you provide the easierds it will be for us to try and help.

My Question or Issue

 I´ve sent a invite to my daughter to "join" my "family". She receives the e-mail, but are not allowed to join the family. The reasons are not stated. It just says to look at the webpage for restrictions. My daughter lives with me part-time. Is that a problem?

Hey @creimer, welcome to the community. 

 

Hope you’re doing great!

 

In order for others to join the Premium for Family plan, they all must:

  • Reside at the same address.
  • Meet the minimum age and all other requirements in the Terms and Conditions.

 

If these requirements are met, and your daughter still cannot join, try resending the invite following these steps: 
  1. Go to your Premium for Family account page and select the member you want to re-invite.
  2. Click RESEND INVITE.
  3. If that doesn’t work, click CANCEL INVITE and re-invite the member by clicking SEND INVITE, and re-entering their details.

Thx for a speedy reply.

I´v tried the things you suggest. 

It did nothing.

 

My daughter lives halftime with me and halftime with her mother. But i entered my adress in her profile, so it shouldn´t matter?

 

So... do you have any other suggerstions?

Don´t know how to get in touch with staff. Seems like I need their help to solve this issue?

HI, I am also having the same issue. We have resent the invitation a couple times now, have deleted and resent as well and still she can't get in. My daughter had a free account while she was living at her mom's house and now lives here (different address now) and maybe this is causing the problems (?) can you help?

...I did pretty much the same as you. It didn´t help.

Don´t know how to reach the support. Do they even have any?

Hopefully someone will assist us in our endeveour.

I’m sorry to hear you’re still having trouble. 

 

In this case, I’d recommend contacting customer support. You can get in touch with Spotify via this contact form
