My family invite won't allow them to log in. Says username & password invalid??

Hi I have family premium & my daughter was included in this, until it just stopped working. Sent her a new invitation (after finding a bogus person in my account!) & she gets message that username & password invalid and can't log in. Any help appreciated. TIA

In this case, we'd recommend asking your daughter to try and reset her password here in order to be able to log back in. 

If she has issues with this process, we'd suggest reaching out to our Support team from this link so they can take a better look at her account and continue with the help.
