My spotify premium famliy just stopeed working even though were still paying for it

Ive had spotify premium family for a hile now and it has been working fine but just now me and my other family members have been kicked out from it why, Even though we are still oaying for it we arent getting anything.

Welp, I previously posted a comment and for some odd reason, it deleted, anyway...

I've found this " All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they will be removed from the plan. For more information, check out the restrictions to Premium for Family. If this happens, Premium features can be restored by upgrading to a standalone Spotify Premium subscription, or checking out our other trials and offers" on "premium for family" -- (x).

I honestly have never contacted the support team but that would probably be the best option if no one on here, including me, helps. Other option: have your parents find the email regarding payments, there should be an email stating whether the payment failed or succeeded. Following this, there should be a help link in the email to explain what went wrong and how it can be fixed. The possibilities would be to re-setup a payment plan or cancel the account altogether, giving you have your own account (for solely you).
