Buenas tardes;
Tengo un problema al momento de vincular a mi hermano, el ya se encontraba vinculado dentro de mi plan familiar, cambió de celular pero al abrir la sesión en la cuenta tiene una cuenta gratuita con anuncios así que le envié nuevamente la invitación, en el listado de familiares activos en mi plan ya aparece activo pero el perfil de mi hermano en la app no es premium, ve anuncios y no puede hacer saltos.

Su ayuda por favor, he tratado de encontrar un chat de soporte pero no se encuentra por ningun lado

Thanks for reaching out. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

If your brother is listed in the Family plan but doesn't see his Premium features in his profile, he's most likely logged into a different account which is currently on free. Please ask him to log out and back in using the same login credentials he used when accepting the previous invite. If he can't remember them, this article might prove useful.
