Necesito poder habilitar la cuenta de mi hijo

Mi hijo tiene un celular configurado para niño y no puede utilizar la aplicación para adultos de spotify porque la app detecta que es el dispositivo de un menor. Cómo puedo habilitarlo de todos modos?

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language 🙂

If what you wish to do is change the kids account into regular Spotify account, this cannot be done.
You'd need to install the regular version on the device as a standalone app.

If what you're referring to is something else though, would you mind sending us a screenshot so that we can take a better look at what's going on?
