No me permite cambiar de individual prenium a familiar.

No me permite cambiar de individual prenium a familiar.

Tengo el plan premium individual, sigo los pasos indicados para cambiar a plan familiar y al dar ok en el botón para realizar el pago me arroja el siguiente mensaje "No se ha podido cambiar el plan . Esto podría deberse a que no reúnes las condiciones para este plan, que ya lo tienes en vigor o que no tienes registrada una forma de pago"

Hope you don't mind me replying in English.


Depending on the type of Premium subscription you're currently running, it's not always possible to switch to a Family/ Duo plan directly. 


What you can do is cancel your current Premium Individual, wait until your account switches to Spotify free and then sign-up for Premium Family.
