Not receiving family invite. S

Not receiving family invite. S

Hello. My father just bought the family subscription, my sister and my mother got the invite as intended, however i never received an invite, i checked the email over and over again. What can i do ?

Have you doubled checked you entered the correct email address?

 

Or maybe it's in Spam? (Although I doubt that.)

Hi, and thanks for the reply. Email has been checked several times, and im 100% certain its the right one. Spam folder has also been checked 🙂

I suggest you contact support then.
