Payment Failed

Payment Failed

So, I am manager of Premium Family. I'm trying create a new family on my phone and my mom’s phone but every time I enter my card (visa/mastercard/true id/phone billing) and click the big green button but I can’t get a premium pack.

a red box shows up and says the payment failed , Please try again with another card something like that but I trying to change my payment method it’s still not connect even though i’ve checked all the possible reasons with my card that it might not be working but there was nothing. my money on my card or my phone bill is more than premium package cost I wanted to make sure it wasn't just my card so when I do it again on my mom’s phone it’s still has the same problem.

What Should I Do With This Problem? Now 5 of 7 My Family Sharing are expired. My Family Members they asked why they can’t afford to premium So I don’t have the answer for them Please HELP Me 

ps . I’m sorry for my English I not use English in my daily.

When facing issues processing transactions, consider the following:

  • If your attempts are repeatedly unsuccessful, wait at least an hour or two and then try again. Repeated failed attempts can lead to your account getting locked and the system automatically rejecting all payment attempts
  • Make sure you have sufficient funds on the payment method you're trying to use
  • Make sure the country of the payment method matches that of your account
  • Try with different payment methods
  • Try in an incognito window, as well as on different devices and in different networks. If you have a VPN, deactivate it.

I trying to update payment after this post around 2 days but it’s still doesn’t work and then I change to my friend’s phone who has stay far from my home more than 10km and her use another internet signal company and it’s doesn’t work too so now what should I do ? Help me pls
