Payment failed premium family

Payment failed premium family

System showing my payment status as failed and now longer having access to premium despite being a member of a premium family plan that is current on its bill.

Hey! Sorry for the delayed reply here and thanks for posting on the Community.

 

Usually after a payment method fails, the system will still try to charge you so that your account doesn't go to the free service immediately.

 

If you joined the Family plan under the time these re-charging attempts were made it's possible that your account wasn't successfully added to the plan and that's why you're getting the error.

 

You should be able to get back to your account by updating your payment details on the account page or if you have trouble with that you can reach our support teams here who should be able to help your further.
