Spotify premium family and speaker

My Question or Issue

I have Spotify family, it works well on my phone however the tesla does not recognize the premium account neither the Bose speaker --》 bluetooth works well but I have advertisements... my husband has the same family account and doesn't have this issue, the speaker and the tesla recognize the premium account.

When you head to https://spotify.com/account, does it say that you have Premium features or does it say that you're on Spotify Free?

If it says Premium, use the username that is displayed on that site to log into Spotify in your Tesla 🙂 A password that you can use for logging in can be set at https://www.spotify.com/account/set-device-password/.
