Payment failed

I missed the date of payments for my Spotify family. Should I make family again or wait as money will be taken and do not family from the beginning?

Welcome to the community!

 

First up, let’s check Your Account page.

 

If your account is still showing as Premium for Family, then you don't need to worry, Spotify will automatically retry payment in a few days. 

If your account has dropped to Spotify Free, you'll need to follow the prompts to re-subscribe to Premium for Family.
