Pembayaran dengan kartu debit (VISA) tidak bisa dilakukan

Saya mau mengganti pembayaran dari kartu kredit ke kartu debit.

Tetapi kenapa selalu gagal?

Sudah konfirmasi dengan Bank dan tidak ada kendala sama sekali dengan kartu saya.

Mohon bantuannya Spotify agar saya bisa melanjutkan versi premium saya.

- Which subscription are you trying to subscribe to ?

- Are you getting an error number or message ? please provide them in your comment

- On which device are you trying to complete the payment ?

- Have you tried doing the payment process through incognito webpage ?

- Have you checked the steps provided on this help page ?
