No puedo pagar la suscripción de plan familiar, he estado intentando por días el pago, más que siempre me sale un error, ya lo intenté con diferentes cuentas, diferentes tarjetas, y diferentes dispositivos y en modo incógnito

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

It'd be helpful if you could let us know the error message you see so we can troubleshoot this better.

 

Keep in mind that if you're subscribed to Spotify Premium through another company (e.g. your broadband/mobile provider), you need to cancel your subscription with them to upgrade to Premium for Family.
