Plan manager using my payment details.

Plan manager using my payment details.

I’m on a family premium plan, and the plan manager is my ex partner. We no longer speak. It is my own personal payment details on the plan. Therefore I’m paying for the plan despite not being the plan manager. I want to change to Spotify individual but I cannot do this as I am not the plan manager. How can I remove my payment details from my partners plan and only pay for my own account?
please help.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

First of all, you can leave the Premium Family plan you're currently in by following these steps. Doing so will immediately remove you from the plan as a member so that you can start your own Premium Individual subscription.

 

Regarding the issue with your payment method, it would be best to reach out to Support here so that they can take appropriate action. 🙂
