Please help Spotify :(

I have an account that I used to pay for Spotify Premium Family account with. I made another account through Facebook that uses the SAME email as the original account (this account is hooked up to the family plan). I'm trying to recover the password for my original account via email (because I forgot my username) but it keeps telling me that "this email is asociated with a Facebook account (my other account). I can't recover the password for my original account that I payed for the family account and therefore I can't give my kids invitations for premium or anything. 

I know it sounds complicated but if someone from Spotify could help me out it would be much apreciated. Please for the love of God get caller customer service. It's a pain in the **bleep** having to type paragraphs to only possibly get a helpful response.
