Por que mi plan de spotify premium es individual si pague por el familiar?

Hice el pago de spotify premium familiar pero mi cuenta aparece activada con spotify premium individual

Hey @pavo_ernesto,

 

Does the issue still persist? In case it does, please log out of and back into the app twice in a row. This will trigger a manual sync of your settings.
I'd also recommend checking your receipts to make sure the payment for Family is present.

Yo intenté pagar mi suscripción familiar pero de manera errónea lo hice individual, puedo cambiar el plan y  el ajuste del pago?

Thanks for reaching out. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

If you've subscribed to Premium Individual by mistake, you can always upgrade to Premium Family from your account page (provided that the subscription hasn't been started through a partner). Note that the remaining Premium Individual time will be re-calculated into Premium Family time because of the price difference.
