My Question or Issue

I am the Plan Manager for Premium Family and want to listen to audiobooks which are meant to be free for 15hours a month. The play icon is locked, can you answer why?

Hey @Nick204, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You should be able to access Audiobook Listening time as a plan manager for the Family plan. There’s more information on audiobook listening time here. Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? If that doesn’t work, are you able to access your Premium Family account on a different device, if possible?

 

You can also send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing and I’ll take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

I am not the plan manager on my premium family account, but my audiobooks are also locked. It says I can’t listen in The app. I can’t log into a web player as it just directly send me back to the app. My wife who is plan manager can listen to audiobooks. Please help!

Thanks for your post on the Community! Audiobook time is only available for the plan managers of the Premium Family plan. There’s more information on audiobooks here, and steps on how to add top-ups to your account should you wish to listen to audiobooks.
