Premium Family Subscription Con

Premium Family Subscription Con

I've been paying for a Premium Family Subscription for years now. Over the last couple of months, my brother and my nephew both lost access to their Premium account. I was working away so didn't have time to sort it for them. I actually thought they'd done something wrong and I'd sort it when home. 

 

So, I get back home, and yes, they've been removed from my Family plan. Then, tonight, my partner gets removed. 

 

I message support and they say I won't be able to add anyone else and they suggest I find a Premium account that suits me or something. What kind of nonsense is that! I've been a paying Premium member for easily 5 years now, and they just all of a sudden take it upon themselves to remove my family members, while STILL taking my money mind you, then hide behind some "there's no other info they can give me at this time" nonsense. 

 

SHOCKING customer service. I cancelled my account right away. 

 

I've noticed a lot of other people with the same issue here.

 

What kind of racket are Spotify running here?
