My Question or Issue

 

I just changed my premium plan to family because I was fed up of sharing playlist with my kids 🙂 So I changed it and invite by messenger all my family. They receive the message of invite but when they click on the invite link, they are directed to spotify sign in page...  If they enter my info it's sign in to my account and if they try login a new account with new password; connection failed... What I'm supposed to do ?

Hey @user-removed, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If they already have an existing Spotify account, when they are promoted to sign in, they are supposed to sign in with their login details, not yours. If they don’t have a Spotify account, when they are promoted to sign in they should be able to click SIGN UP FOR SPOTIFY.
