Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure the plan member is logging into the Spotify app using the account they used to accept the Premium Family plan invite 🙂


You can also check if they've even successfully accepted the invite:

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Under Subscription, choose Manage members.
