I used already the 3-months trial for free the beginning of the year and then cancelled.
Now want to get the Premium for Family. It shows as the only option the Premium Family with the 3 months for free, then tells me I used it up already but can get the usual Premium Family without trial and when I click on it it redirectsts me to the option with the 3-months for free.
I am running in circles. How do I get to the Premium Famil without 3-months for free?

This is happening because you've already used the exact payment method for the Free trial. Do you by chance have another payment method to subscribe to Premium Family with?
If the answer is 'yes', then you can enter the other payment method and subscribe. Once this is done, you can update the payment details and change your payment method to the one you prefer.
If you'd still like to try using your current payment method, try with this link.
