I would like to get a premium account with friends. Then we wanted to get Family Premium until we realised it is really just for families (who would have thought that). Will there ever be an offer to people who want to listen Spotify with friends (maybe exactly the same offer as Spotify Family)?
Thanks
Hi @onlinepolice, welcome to the Spotify Community!
Despite the name, the Premium for Family plan isn't for family members only. As long as you live in the same physical address, you can join it, even not being family related.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
I understand, but we don't live in the same adress.
So there isn't any option to get a Premium account with friends together?
Thank you for your help.

We are a music school that wants to pay for spotify for students. Is there a way of using the family plan to do this? We would essentially need 12 accounts?
Thank you

Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
Is it possible for an academic organization to buy several family plans to accomodate students?
If we used the school's address - as that is truly the "residence" of those using it, would that work?
Yes @HeatherLloyd, I guess that would work. But keep in mind that the Spotify Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. (In some countries, stricter age limits may apply. See our Terms and Conditions of Use.)
Maybe the best solution would be talking to the students' parents about it - maybe they can subscribe their children to their own regular Premium accounts.
